The following ideas are sanctioned by the American Society for the Devouring of Popcorn. The ASDP suggests three servings of Uber-Popcorn a week minimum.
- Melted Butter (not margarine!). A favorite, but go light or you’ll have a face full of grease.
- Parmesan Cheese (grated or shredded). The powdery stuff on its own is awesome.
- Italian Herbs. Use some quality olive oil and sprinkle it lightly before shaking to mix.
- Lemon and Black Pepper Seasoning. See above.
- Garlic and Black Pepper Seasoning. See above.
- Chili Powder. By itself for a zing.
- Powdered Sugar. With some melted butter for a sinfully yummy delight.
- Cinnamon and Sugar. Same as above, just much better!
- Dried Cheese powder from the Macaroni and Cheese box. You’ve probably done it before, but its a lot cheaper than the stuff they sell as popcorn cheese!
